Refund policy

We attach great importance to quality. All products will be checked before they are sent out to ensure that the quality is satisfactory.

1. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. 

2. Send an email to info@binbinbu.com and tell us your order number and why you want to return or exchange.

3. If you are in the United States, you need to be responsible for delivery to our American warehouse.

We will send the warehouse address to you by email. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.

4. Most of our products are shipped via UPS/Fedex/DHL. If the product is already damaged upon receipt, please reject it directly.

5. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. We do not accept a returned item that is damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

6. If your order is more than $80, please consider using traceable shipping services or buying transportation insurance. We are not sure that we will receive the goods you returned.

7. After we receive your return, we will fully refund your order within 3 business days or free resend a new one to you, and we'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. Notice, original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
