How to Claim
The decision to repair, replace, or provide a store credit for the retail price of a product under warranty shall be made by Binbinbu. In most cases, to proceed with a claim, please contact us directly by e-mail at info@binbinbu.com.
For warranty services provided by Keepwarming.com, please include the following information in your email:
✔The order number of the product.
✔The channel you purchased the product.
✔ An image/video of the product, showing the issue.
✔A description of the product issue.

The following situations are not included in the warranty scope.

  2. Cosmetic damage and natural wear and tear, such as zippers, fabrics, etc.
  3. Damage due to acts of nature. For example, lightning strikes, tornadoes, and similar.
  4. Accidents.
  5. Misuse.
  6. Negligence.
  7. Commercial use.
  8. Connection to an incorrect voltage supply.
  9. Attempting to have repairs/personal customization done by anyone other than the authorized organization.
